Overview

FuelDev provides AI infrastructure — a unified API, model routing, workflow automation, and observability — for developers and engineering teams. These Terms apply to all users who access or use our platform.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to use our services. By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and up to date.

Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Subscription & Billing

Some FuelDev plans and usage require a paid subscription, billed on a recurring or usage-based basis until canceled. You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

Data & Ownership

You retain ownership of the data and inputs you send through FuelDev. By using the platform, you grant us the limited rights necessary to process, route, and return requests on your behalf.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use FuelDev for:

Illegal or fraudulent activities.
Generating or distributing harmful, abusive, or malicious content.
Violating intellectual property or other third-party rights.
Attempting to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the platform or its infrastructure.
Exceeding rate limits or circumventing usage controls.

Intellectual Property

All software, APIs, branding, logos, and proprietary technology associated with FuelDev remain the exclusive property of FuelDev and its licensors.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in activity that may harm the platform, other users, or the upstream providers we route to.

Service Availability

FuelDev is provided on an "as available" basis. While we strive for reliable service and publish uptime targets, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. Where offered, availability commitments are governed by your plan's SLA.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FuelDev shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of or inability to use our services.
